Ethics concept

As an association, we aim to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for practising partner acrobatics and acroyoga. Since the beginning of 2026, we have an ethics concept that includes a code of conduct and designated contact persons.

Here is a list of the values that are important to us:

  • Everyone should feel welcome, comfortable and safe.
  • We treat each other as equals and respect the boundaries, needs and differences of all participants.
  • We support one another in our personal development and mindful learning by fostering an active feedback culture.

To integrate these values into our jams, we have developed a Code of Conduct. It sets out clear guidelines for consent, safety, communication, responsibility, inclusion and conflict management. It is binding for everyone who participates in a training session, workshop or jam organised by our association. You can find the Code of Conduct here:

Contact persons

Have you experienced something at our jams that made you uncomfortable or irritated you? Did you observe something that violates our code of conduct? Then please contact us. We will listen and support you. If needed, we can mediate or have a talk to someone on your behalf.

We will treat your concern confidentially and support you within our capabilities and the legal framework.
